After defeating the Joker, Batman now must Penguin - a warped and deformed individual who wants to be accepted in society Gotham.Affairs Crooked Max Schreck is forced to help him become Mayor of Gotham and they both tried to expose Batman in a different light.Previously Selina Kyle, however, Max secretary is thrown from the top of the building and is transformed into Catwoman - a mysterious figure who has the same personality disorder as Batman.Batman must attempt to clear his name, all the time to decide exactly what will be done with the Catwoman
